    What items can be left in the vehicle ?

    Spare wheel, jack, can be left in vehicle.

    Can you transport non drivable vehicles ?

    We can only assist with vehicles that are drivable, the vehicle does not need to be registered, but it must be possible to drive it onto the back of the truck.

    Is C.O.D. available?

    No. All movements of cars and other vehicles must be prepaid.

    How do I make payment?

    Payment can be made either via Direct Transfer to our Bank Account, or by credit card using this page on our website Paying For Transport Cars


    Please note 2% surcharge is currently in place for payments by Master Card and Visa, and 4% for American Express.

    There is no surcharge for direct deposit.

    Payment cannot be made at any of the depots.

    Do you pick up cars from country residence or is pickup strictly metro?

    We can arrange car and vehicle transport to and from almost anywhere in Australia.

    Do you move boats, Jet Skis, Trailers, motor bikes or similar

    No we cannot assist with that type of transport, only cars, Utes, 4WD, Light Commercials and road vehicles.

    Must there be someone there at pick up and delivery of the car?

    Yes. The keys have to be handed over and a condition report will need to be signed by the person on the booking request. A person must sign at pick up and at delivery.

    Do you pick up on Weekends?

    NO. The carrier only picks up Monday to Friday.

    Do vehicles entering into WA need to go through Qurantine?

    Yes they do and in some instances they need to be cleaned by the carrier, this may incur a surcharge of approx $110.00. It pays to ensure vehicle is as clean as possible prior to transport.

    Can I leave personal belongings in my car?

    No. Personal belongings are not to be left in the vehicle. This does include, bags, boxes, tools and similar. Car mats and fluffy dice will be fine:-)
